3、ronizationtheappropriatecoordinatetransformationisdeveloped,theso-calledmediumtransformation,aGalileantypeoftransformation,thusmaintainingsimultaneitybetweenallparticipantsystemsofreferenceandchangingtheformofMaxwellsequationstotheextendedMaxwellequations.Despi
4、tethefactthatmediumtransformationviolatesLorentzinvarianceandtheprincipleofrelativity,itisdemonstratedthattheresultsfrommediumtransformationandextendedMaxwellequationsarefullycompliantwithobservablephenomena.Moreover,itisshownthattheconceptofamedium,apreferredf
