1、第四章会展人才培养研究会展专业教育与会展产业的协调发展吴建华李秀斌【摘要】会展产业的高速发展催生了会展专业高等教育，要求其人才培养应具有行业适应性。在高等教育大众化背景下，会展专业教育已经成为会展产业的一个重要环节，会展产业应该参与会展人才的创造与培养，相互支持，协调发展，以避免走旅游管理专业教育“供需错位”的老路。这需要教育管理部门、行业管理部门以及会展企业联合起来，在管理制度上创新，改变专业教育建设与行业发展脱节的现状，形成“毕业生满足行业发展需求”、“科研成果推动行业发展”、“行业发展反哺专业建设”的良性循环。文章从专业
