2、)inmicrophonearraysystems.Conven-tionally,reference-assistedICisbasedonthezerocrosstalkas-sumption;i.e.,whenthedesiredsourcesignalisabsentintheref-erencemicrophones.Inapplicationswherecrosstalkisinevitable,theconventionalICapproachusuallyexhibitsdegradedperfor-manceduetocancellationofthedesiredsig
3、nal.Inthispaper,wedevelopacrosstalkresilientICmethodbasedontheCaponbeam-formingtechnique.Theproposedbeamformerdealswiththeun-certaintyofcrosstalkbyapplyingaconstraintontheworst-casecrosstalkmagnitude.TheproposedbeamformernotonlyperformsFig.1.Reference-assistedinterferencecancelingmicrophonearraysy
4、stem.IC,italsoprovidesblindbeamformingofthedesiredsignal.WeThedottedlinerepresentscrosstalk.showthatablindbeamformerbasedonthetraditionalminimum-mean-square-error(MMSE)ICmethodisaspecialcaseofthepro-sources,blindbeamformingcanbeeffectivelyachievedbyvar-posedbeamformer.Onekeystepofimplementingthepr
5、oposediousmethodssuchas[7]and[8].WhenthereareinterferingCaponbeamformerliesinsolvingadifficultnonconvexoptimiza-sourcessuchasotherspeakers,theblindbeamformingproblemtionproblem,andweillustratehowtheCaponoptimalsolutioncanbeeffectivelyapproximatedusingtheso-calledsemidefiniterelax-isconsiderablymored
6、ifficult.Varioustechniques,suchasblindationalgorithm.Simulationresultsdemonstratethattheproposedsourceseparation[9][13]anddirectionofarrivalestimationbeamformerismorerobustagainstcrosstalk-inducedsignalcan-[14],[15]havebeenusedtoattempttowellresolvethischal-cellationthanbeamformersbasedontheMMSE-IC
