2、ffectoftherefrigerationsystem.Therefore,itisnecessarytostudytherefrigerantsmiscibilitywithoilsbybothexperimentalandtheoreticalmethodsinordertogeneralizetheuseofenvironmental-friendlyrefrigerants.Thesolubilitylinesofrefrigerantswithrefrigerationoilsaresimulatedbycubicequat
3、ionofstateandactivityindexmethodsinthisthesis.Thencriticalsolubilitytemperaturelinesarepredictedonthebasisofsimulativesolubilitylines.Throughcomparativeanalysisofthemiscibilitydifferenceamongmanyrefrigerants,anewmethodcombiningthesolubilityparameterandempiricalformulameth
4、odsisproposed.Thisnewevaluationmethodisappliedtoevaluatethemiscibilitydegreeof18purerefrigerantswiththemineraloil.Theresultshowsthatthismethodhasmeritsofbothsolubilityparameterandempiricalformulamethods,whichadaptstomorekindsofrefrigerantsthanempiricalformulamethodandismo
5、reaccuratethansolubilityparametermethod.Anexperimentalapparatusfortestingthemiscibilityofrefrigerantswithlubricantsisestablishedbasedonrelativestandards.Themiscibilityofsomepurerefrigerantswithoilsistested.Innearly15%oilrate,RE170/R227eawithamineraloil,RE170/R1234ze(E)wit
6、hamineraloilarealsotested.TheexperimentalresultsshowthatCF3I,RE170,R161havegoodmiscibilitywiththemineraloil;R134a,R227ea,R152aalsohavegoodmiscibilitywithPOEoils.WhenthemassfractionofR227eainRE170+R227eablendsvariesfrom38%to55%,thecriticalsolubilitytemperaturehasarapidincr
7、ease.IntheRE170+R227eaandmineraloilrefrigerationsystem,themassfractionofR227eainthebinarymixtureshouldnotexceed50%inordertoavoidblockingpipelinesordecreasingcoefficientofperformance.WhenthemassfractionofR1234ze(E)inthemixtureofRE170+R1234ze(E)variesfrom31%to70%,thecritica
