2、satisfiedresults.Thepaperconsistsofthreechapters.Inthefirstchapter,ahighlyselectiveandrapidnewanodicadsorptivevoltammetricmethodwasdevelopedforthedeterminationoftraceamountofastemizoleatCPEinthecurrentpaper.TheastemizolewasadsorbedonthesurfaceofaCPEin0.40mol/LHAc-NaAcbuffersolution
3、(pH4.6)yieldingoneoxidationpeakat0.84V(vs.SCE)whenscanningfrom0.0to1.0V.Thelinearrelationshipbetweenthepeakcurrentandastemizoleconcentration-9-7isintherangeof2.0×10~1.0×10mol/L(90saccummulation).-10Thecorrelationcoefficientis0.9980.Itsdetectionlimitis6.0×10mol/L(S/N=3)fora90saccumm
4、ulation.Therelativestandard-7deviationis3.6﹪for15successivedeterminationsof1.0×10mol/Lastemizoleonasameelectrodesurface.Theelectrodereactionmechanismofastemizolewasinvestigated.Theproposedmethodwasappliedtodetermineastemizoleintheastemizoletabletandtheresultswereingoodagreementwith
