1、授权书（1）授权****先生（海外护照号码：*********）代表本公司签署有关文件以取得该等证照及办理登记手续，以及获授权委托以本公司代表人身份，代表本公司签署及取得与设立外商投资企业有关的一切文件，包括但不限于：1.外商投资企业设立审批时审批机关要求的设立外商投资企业申请书、《法律文件送达授权委托书》、可行性研究报告及其他文件；2.外商投资企业设立登记时登记机关要求的设立登记申请书、《法律文件送达授权委托书》、《企业秘书（联系人）登记表》及其他文件；及3.办理与外商投资企业设立相关的其他手续时有关政府部门要求的其他文件；以及以其独一即绝对的酌情权视作适当

2、而做出有关该等证照及登记手续及有关设立外商投资企业的任何行动，包括但不限于任何为上述目的而草拟的任何授权书或委托书及办理任何相关证照的公证，及在必要时使用本公司的公司公章。（2）授权***先生（海外护照号码：*********）人名外商独资企业的法人代表，并代表本公司签署有关该等任命的一切文件，以及以其独一及绝对的酌情权视作适当而做出有关该等任命的任何行动。(1)Weauthorize***********(ForeignPassportNo.:*******)tosigntherelateddocumentsonbehalfofthecompanytoobt

4、oreignInvestedEnterprises”,"LegalDocumentsPowerofAttorney",“FeasibilityStudies”andotherdocumentswhichtheapprovingauthorityrequiresintheestablishmentassessmentofforeign-investedenterprises;;2.“EstablishmentRegistrationApplication”,"LegalDocumentsPowerofAttorney","CorporateSecretary(c
