2、veandsurroundinganatomicstructuresonthetemporalbonewithmeasurementsontheHRCT.2.ToevaluatethefeasibilityoflocalizingtheIACandthefacialnervethroughsuperiorsetrosaltrianglewhichconsistsoftherootofthezygoma、foramenspinosumandtheheadofthemalleusinmiddlefossaa
3、pproachwiththeasistanceofHRCT.Methods:18humancadaverictemporalboneswerescannedbyHRCTanddealtwithMPR.Wecompletedananatomicalstudyinthemthroughthemastoidapproach,measuredthedistancesandanglesofthefacialnerveanditssurroundingstructures,andcomparedthemwithth
4、emeasurementsonHRCT.Subsequently,wedividedtheminto2groups.GroupAwasstudiedfirstthroughamiddlefossaapproachtofindouttherelationshipbetweentheHRCTmeasurementsandtheanatomicmeasurements.Then,4wholehumancadavericheads(8temporalbones)ofGroupBweredissectedusin
5、gaHRCTorientedmiddlefossaapproachtolocalizeIACwiththerootofthezygoma,foramenspinosumandtheheadofthemalleusaslandmarks.Results:1.Westudiedanatomicalmeasurementsoffacialnerveandsurroundinganatomicstructuresin18humancadaverictemporalbonesandmeasurementsonHR
6、CTandconcludedtheirrelationship.2.WithHRCT,welocalizedtheheadofthemalleuswithin4mm,exposedtheIACandfoundfacialnervewithin15°deviationof2北京大学医学部硕士学位论文theROHreferenceline.Conclusions:HRCTandMPRwillprovidemoreinformationontherelationshipbetweenthefacialnerv
