1、AbstractInthisdissertation,thegrindingmachinewhichisdesignedbytheasphericpartslaboratoryinChangchunUniversityofScienceandTechnologybasedonthetangentrotarymethodisthesimulationobject.Thismethodcanadequatelyaddresstheoriginalprocessingdifficulties,andtheproblemofhighcost.Withusingthisvir
2、tualsimulationsystem,themachiningprocesscanbedemonstratedclearlyandsmoothly.TakingVisualC++astheplatform,andusingOpenGL,thispowerfulcrossplatformgraphicalinterface,importsthe3Dmachinemodelrenderingby3DSMAX.Andthen,theblankworkpiece,grindingwheelaremodelingbytheOpenGLdatabasewiththefunc
3、tionofit.Sothatthevirtualmachiningenvironmentestablishmenttotallycompleted.Modelingforthemachinetoolmotion,themotionsimulationcanbedonebasedontheVC++function.Designaserialportcommunicationmoduletotransferthereal-timedataobtainedbythegratingrulerinthemachiningprocesstothevirtualsimulati
