1、摘要的表型变异;F2:3群体检测到5个QTL问互作,可解释总表型变异的61.04%,其中,效应最大的是qZG-Dlb.2和qZG.D2.J显性×显性上位性互作,为14.19,可解释47.47%的表型变异。但是,未发现相同的QTL。不过,分别位于F和O等连锁群上的qZG-F和qZG-O-2与Mian等(1998)和吴晓雷等(2001)的结果一致。3.为进一步检验和利用上述QTL检测结果,结合大豆对豆卷叶螟抗性,主茎节数、大豆对花叶病毒抗性和分枝数四性状的QTL定位结果,选择表型贡献率最大的三个QTL,计算出与这些QTL紧密连锁分子标记基因型相对应数量性状平均数和标
