3、erizationandrealareasofnickel—oxidehydroxideelectrode,studyelectrochemicalperformancetowardoxidationofdiethyleneglycolandsynthesizediglycolieacid,respectively.Thereactiontemperature,diethyleneglycolconcentration,currentdensitiesandvoltagewerestudiedinthereaction.Inordertostudythecharacteristicof

5、hydroxideelectrodespreparedbyelectrochemicaloxidation—reductionhadanano-configuration,whichenhancedtherealsurfaceareasofelectrodes.Comparedtopolishednickelelectrode,nickel··oxyhydroxideelectrodebehavedasanefficientelectro·-catalystfortheoxidationofalcoholsinalkalinemedium.Intheprocessofoxidation
6、methanol(unitaryalcoh01),diethyleneglycol(dualityalcoh01)andglycerol(ternaryalcoh01),wefoundthatelectrochemicalbehavesofmethanol,diethyleneglycolandglycerolwereresemble.Electrodeprocesswascontrolledbydiffusionprocess,withincreasingelectrolyteconcentrationandtemperature,whichincreasedthecurrentof
