3、ved.Active-compensationtoimprovedeflectionofupperrollerisbringingforward,anditscompensationeffectissimulated.Firstly,themechanicalparametersofthebendingprocessoflargemarinebendingmachineareobtained.Thesimulativeresultsandthetheoreticalcalculationarecompared,andthenormalcontactp
4、ressurebetweentheupperrollerandsheetmetalinthebendingprocessisobtained.Secondly,thedeflectionoftheupperrollercausedbydeadweightandworkingloadisinvestigated,bytakingthetheoreticalnumericaloptimizationandFEAoptimizationbasedonANSYS,theamount,locationsandtheimposedloadsofbearingro
5、llersareoptimizedreasonably,whichprovideaschemeandtheoreticalbasisforreducingthedeflectionofuppermileranddeflectioncompensation.Thirdly,themethodofmulti-pointsupportontheupperrolleristakenforpre-compensation.Therearemanygroupsofbearingrollersandtheirdistributionisaccordingtothe
