1、ABSTRACTInrecentyears,X52pipelinesteeliswidelyusedintransportingoilandgas.Lowproductivityisthemainproblemofthepipelineintheproductionprocess.Thekeytosolvingthisproblemistostudythereasonsforcracksorfractureintheweldedjointsandunderstandtherelationshipbetwe
2、entheweldingprocessandthemicrostructureandpropertiesofweldedjoints.ThispaperinvestigatesthemicrostructureandpropertychangesofX52pipelinesteelweldedjointsbythemeansofcarbondioxidegasweldingprocessunderdifferentweldingrate.Theresultsshowthatundertheweldingr
3、ateof45,55,60and65cm/min,fractureareaofthesampleappearsinweldedjointsandthewidmanstattenstructureappearsintheCoarseGrainHeatAffectedZone(CGHAZ).Theoptimizedsurfaceoftheweldedjointappearsundertherateof45cm/min,atwhichratetheductilefractureisthemainfailurem
4、odeofweldedjointsinthestretchingprocessleadingtothebestmechanicalproperties,whichcanensurecontinuousproductionandimproveproductionefficiency.Inaddition,duringtheprocessofweldingX52pipelinesteel,thecopperpadwillbestuckwiththeweldmentwhichreducedthemechanic
5、alpropertiesofweldedjoints.Intheactualproductionprocess,theflatnessofsteelwasinbadconditionsandthegapbetweenthesteelplateswasnoteasilycontrolled.Therefore,weshouldensuretheflatnessofplateandcontrolproceduretoavoidtheoccuranceofnon-fusion.Keywords:X52steel
