4、markingpurposes,issubjecttoanannouncementintheOfficialJournaloftheEuropeanCommunities.TheCommissioninconsultationwithMemberStateshasagreedatransitionperiodfortheco-existenceofharmonizedEuropeanStandardsandtheircorrespondingnationalstandard(s).Itisinte

5、ndedthatthisperiodwillcompriseaperiod，usuallyninemonths，afterthedateofavailabilityoftheEuropeanStandard，duringwhichanyrequiredchangestonationalregulationsaretobemade,followedbyafurtherperiod,usuallyof12months,fortheimplementationofCEmarking.Inthisinst
