1、SHANDONGUNIVERSITYOFTECHNOLOGY毕业设计说明书基于PIC单片机的永磁同步伺服电机控制系统设计学院:电气与电子工程学院专业:自动化0803班学生姓名:郑福才学号:0812102689指导教师:姜吉顺2012年6月摘要摘要当今世界,科学技术飞速发展,高新技术不断涌现,节能环保意识不断的增强,永磁同步电机以其效率高、比功率大、结构简单、节能效果优良等一系列优点在工业生产和日常生活中逐步得到广泛的应用。本论文首先阐述单片机控制永磁同步伺服电机的作用、意义以及此研究课题的发展与前景,对永磁同步伺服电机智能控制的可行性进行论述,确定可行性方案。论述课题的工作原理及所需要
2、的关键技术、推导相关控制算法等。其次基于单片机控制永磁同步伺服电机原理框图的设计思路:以PIC16F916为核心控制芯片,以IR2132S控制桥式逆变电路为功率变换装置,以PMSM为控制对象,辅以电流采样电路,过流保护电路,过压欠压保护电路以及键盘显示电路设计一套基于单片机控制永磁同步伺服电机的智能系统。最后按照课题所要达到的要求设计一套应用程序包括系统软件整体设计思路、主程序、中断程序及其保护程序等并基于硬件系统进行调试。关键词:PIC16F916单片机永磁同步伺服电机智能控制系统IAbstractAbstractTherapiddevelopmentoftoday'sworld,s
