1、题目：供应链环境下中小企业融资风险问题研究姓名：苏龙嘎学号：100610101完成日期：2014年4月14日-12-摘要资金的短缺是中小企业在发展过程中存在的最严重的问题，融资难一直困扰着各国的中小企业。然而供应链融资作为一种新的融资方式，以整个产业链的环境为出发点，充分发挥了金融机构、第三方物流以及供应链中上下游企业各自的优势，供应链环境下的融资模式为中小企业有效地解决了融资难这一问题。本文介绍了中小企业融资现状,分析了中小企业融资难问题的原因,其主要根源就是与金融机构之间存在着信息不对称使得信用等级偏低、

2、抵押担保要求高、银行不愿意贷款以及融资成本高的问题。阐述了供应链融资在中小企业融资过程中所具有的优势,对供应链融资的三种现行模式进行分析的基础上，阐述了供应链融资体系中各个主体带来的五种风险，并针对每种风险提出了相应的规避措施，对推动中小企业供应链融资的稳健发展起到一定借鉴作用。关键字:中小企业融资供应链风险-12-Abstract Oneofthemostseriousproblemsfor thesmallandmedium-sizedenterprisesistheshortageoffunds int
