1、一．Used to 是情态动词，意思是“过去常常”。它只有过去式，用于各种人称的单复数，表示过去存在但现在已经停止的情况或习惯。其后接不定式如：I used to be a worker.我原来是个工人.(but I am not a worker now.)但现在不是了He used to get up early in the moring.他以前早上起的很早 (But he doesn’t get up early now.)但是他现在不早起了 1.肯定式：use to 的肯定形式就是他本身，如上例。再如：They use to be good friends.(but t

6、和 would的区别：used to也可表示过去经常性的行为，不强调与现在事实或情况的对比，此时，used to 和 would 可以通用。如：When we were children we used to (would) go skating every winter. 我们小的时候，每年冬天都去滑冰。但是需注意：used to 可用来谈动作，也可以用来谈情况；而would只能用来表示动作的重复，如：I used to have an old Rolls Royce.过去我有一辆旧的罗斯莱斯小轿车。（该句不能说：I would…）还有: would 和 used to 均不能
