1、太原工业学院毕业设计毕业设计一种新型人力晾衣架的结构设计学生姓名:乔凯明学号:102012114系部:机械工程系专业:机械电子工程指导教师:李烨二〇一四年六月太原工业学院毕业设计一种新型人力晾衣架的结构设计摘要本新型晾衣架为人力晾衣架,其主要分为两部分,一部分为控制机构,另一部分为提升机构。控制部分和提升部分都采用液压缸的结构。控制部分通过手柄和齿轮机构使得我们可以用一个较小的力量得到一个较大的转矩来驱动与液压杆相连的齿条运动。升降装置的工作原理是使用液压缸和滑轮钢丝绳共同作用,使得可以用小距离的移动来提供大距离的提升效果,而且使用液压作为提升驱动力
2、后,升降过程变得更加平稳,改变钢丝绳的收缩方式,由传统的缠绕收缩改为平动收缩,去掉了为缠绕和排列钢丝绳而专门添加的辅助结构,这在结构上也更为简化,采用液压传动,在制动方面更为简单,安全性方面也比普通升降晾衣架有很大提高。关键词:液压,结构,提升太原工业学院毕业设计Anewtypeofhumanclothes-horsestructuredesignAbstractThenewclothes-horseismanualclothes-horse,itsmainisdividedintotwoparts,partisthecontrolmechanism
