1、摘要目前，我国包装机械行业水平还不是很高，虽然部分国内机械的生产已能满足大部分国内的需求并且还有出口，但出口额与进口额相差甚远，大部分还是依赖进口。国外的设备价格昂贵，增加了国内生产商的压力和成本。国内的枕式包装机虽然能基本满足生产的要求，但在包装速度和包装精度上还需要进一步提高。所以在中国机械行业我们必须发扬我们刻苦钻研的精神，提高我们独立开发的能力。本文介绍了基于国产信捷PLC系统的枕式包装机的基本工艺和流程。文章先介绍了基于PLC系统的枕式包装机的工艺流程及总体要求，控制系统硬件结构及设计，工作原理等来说明PLC在枕式包装机的运行过程中的应用。本
