1、浙江中医药大学学报2013年8月第37卷第8期耳鸣耳聋治五脏史凌云山东中医药大学济南250014摘要：当今社会许多人深受耳鸣耳聋困扰。中医关于耳鸣耳聋的病因病机和治法方药论述颇丰。笔者根据脏腑的功能特点，认为从五脏论治耳鸣耳聋效果较好。虚者多责之心脾肾，实者多责之心肝肺。其中，从肾论治，重视补肾益精；从脾论治，重视健脾益气、升清降浊；从肝胆论治，理气开郁JO为先，以防气郁化火生痰；从肺论治，重视恢复肺的宣发肃降之性；从心论治，不仅要重视益气养血以补其虚，还要重视顺气降火以泻其实。久病者UR多入络入血，当在脏腑辨证用药基础上配以活血通络、芳香开窍之品。NA关键词：耳鸣；
