5、etoactappropriatelyinnewandchanginghealth-relatedcircumstancesthroughtheuseofadvancedcognitiveandsocialskills.Thedefiningattributesofhealthliteracyarereadingandnumeracyskills,compre-hension,thecapacitytouseinformationinhealthcaredecision-making,andsuc-cessfulfunctioningasahealthcareconsumer.An
