2、扫到中间位置。推动清扫机前进，滚筒刷通过主传动轴带传动向前旋转，向前运行过程中将垃圾扫入紧贴地面的导板中，滚刷在此过程中还紧贴导板将垃圾送达导板最上端，使垃圾自然坠落进入带刷导板中。本课题设计的清扫机，是工作区域为工厂、办公楼等较大的长廊大厅等地方工作，大型清扫工具不方便进行作业的场合，宜选用本清扫作业装置，由于工作场合的特殊，对噪音上面的要求比较严格，采用的电力驱动可以有效地减少噪音，又可以减少污染，设计过程中所采用的零部件大多为标准件，生产加工比较容易，设备的生产成本比较低，功能可靠，是理想的清
