2、合成的化学物质，会持久存在于环境中、透过生物食物链（网）而累积(生物蓄积性)，进而对环境及人类健康造成危害影响。TheEuropeanCommissionhasalreadyamendedthisRegulations(EC)No850/2004eighttimes,onDecember17,2014,onceagainamendedandthisshallapplyfrom18June2015欧盟委员会对欧盟持久性有机污染物（POPs）法规(EC)No850/2004进行了8次修订后，2014年12月17日，再次对其进行修订，修订内容于2015年6月18日生效。(E
