7、法1前言河东污水处里厂位于乌鲁木齐北郊，占地35公顷，是我市第一座设施先进并具规模的污水处理厂，也是我市城市基础设施建设第一个利用外资的现代化工程，曾被列为国家及自治区重点工程项目。该厂于1995年8月破土动工，历时四年，于1999年8月全面竣工并实现设备运行的自动化管理，工程总投资3.09亿元人民币，污水处理能力为每天20万吨，目前为西北五省最大的一家污水处理厂。河东污水处理厂的建成运行，解决了我市1/312污水的再现利用问题，有效的保护了地下水资源，缓解了日趋紧张的水资源状况，尤其是对我市可持续发展有深远的社会效益、经济效益和环境效益
