2、icosaRehd.)为材料,进行了硬枝扦插研究。结果表明,不同花灌木的最适外源激素和含量各不相同,其中50mg/kg和100mg/kg的ABT生根粉对三裂绣线菊的生根率影响最显著,IBA对生根数和根长有极显著的促进作用;100mg/kg的ABT和NAA可有效提高卫矛的生根率,不同含量的IBA均可显著增加插穗不定根根数;50mg/kg的IBA处理毛樱桃插穗效果最好,其次为50mg/kg的ABT,对生根率、根长和根数均有显著的促进作用,NAA最差,且NAA对插穗生根甚至起阻碍作用;而叶底珠以50mg/kg的NAA乖ABT处理效果较好,对其生根率
