1、企业物流成本分析与控制研究摘要近年来，经济全球化，市场一体化的趋势日益加强，市场竞争更加剧烈。愈来愈多的企业逐渐认识到物流的利润潜力及其在经营中的作用，并把物流成本称为企业的“第三利润源泉”。本文分析列述了目前企业物流成本，物流成本核算及控制的方法与研究状况，以及影响企业物流成本的各种内部与外部的因素和物流成本控制存在的诸多问题。在此基础上企业要获得生存和发展，提高企业竞争力，就要积极寻求解决对策。树立新的物流观念，科学管理物流活动提高物流信息化程度，来达到降低物流成本，提高经济效益的目的。通过

2、准确的分析和研究企业物流成本在核算与控制过程中存在的问题，并且针对相关问题提出相对应的解决办法。同时，可以更深入的了解物流活动、物流成本及物流费用之间的关系，优化企业物流管理，创建新的管理模式，并为决策者提供更合理更可靠的物流活动数据报告以此来有效控制物流成本，提高企业和产品的竞争力，增加企业的经济流入。关键词：企业物流成本；成本分析；成本控制ABSTRACTInrecentyears,withtheincreasingtrendofeconomicglobalizationandmarketi
