1、酒店全面预算管理研究摘要全面预算管理是指根据企业战略发展的需要，通过数量化的方式对未来企业经营活动及相关的财务活动进行规划、控制的管理过程。从预算管理的发展历史看，它大体经历了四个阶段：会计管理功能延伸阶段、物质资源的规划与控制阶段、组织资源的计划与控制阶段、后预算管理阶段。随着第三产业的高速发展，全面预算管理在服务业中重要性越来越大。随着我国经济的不断发展，其重要性也逐步为我国酒店业所认识。我国许多大型酒店在其企业管理活动中也开始使用全面预算管理这一工具。如何根据我国酒店的实际情况正确运用预算管理，提高企业的管理水平
2、，真正把我国服务业做大做强，仍然是当前我国酒店特别是大型酒店管理活动中的重要课题。本文从酒店全面预算管理的特性入手，系统的分析了酒店预算管理体系中的缺点和不足，包括预算编制体系、控制体系以及管理体系等方面的内容；分析了酒店全面预算管理的现状，总结出酒店在全面预算管理中存在的不足，并提出完善酒店全面预算管理的措施。希望能够有成功事例的模范作用，实现全面预算管理优化的推而广之。关键词：预算编制；预算管理；预算控制ABSTRACTReferstothecomprehensivebudgetmanagementaccordin
