1、天津大学硕士学位论文城市商业银行金融创新风险管理研究姓名：翟晓飞申请学位级别：硕士专业：工程管理指导教师：沈江2011-12摘要随着城市商业银行业务种类的复杂化和多样化，及其业务之间的交叉性，其所面临风险不仅仅是单一方面的风险，而是转变为集信用、市场、操作等风险维度一体的整体风险管理。本文按照风险管理的理论对城市商业银行金融创新的风险进行识别、分析和度量，主要研究城市商业银行金融创新过程中面临的信用风险、市场风险和操作风险三个维度的整体风险管理，研究的是不同类型、不同业务、不同维度风险的整体。本文首先对各种单一风险因素进行

2、识别，然后通过运用风险价值、压力测试及风险博弈模型对各单一维度风险进行分析研究，提出基于Copula函数的城市商业银行金融创新整体风险度量模型，通过将随机变量的边缘分布以及它们之间的相关结构分开来进行研究，更好地阐述变量之间非对称、非线性及其尾部相关性的关系，最后对某商业银行的整体风险相关性进行了实例分析。本文的研究对构建我国城市商业银行金融创新整体风险管理体系，探索符合我国金融市场环境的金融创新模式，促进我国金融市场的蓬勃发展，具有长远的战略意义。关键词：城市商业银行金融创新风险管理Copula函数ABSTRACTAst
