2、alstudyon¯-delayedprotondecaysintherare-earthregionwassimplyreviewed.Thephysicalresultsofthe¯-delayedprotondecaysobtainedatIMP,Lanzhouoverthelast10yearsweresummarized,mainlyincludingthe¯rstobservationof9new¯-delayedprotonprecursorsalongtheodd-Zprotondriplineandthenewdatafor2wait
3、ing-pointnucleiintherp-process.Theresultswerecomparedanddiscussedwithdi®erentnuclearmodelcalculations.Finally,theperspectiveinnearfuturewasbrie°yintroduced.Keywords¯-delayedprotondecay,rare-earthregion,protondripline,waitingpointnuclei4054;5658;60641HistoricalreviewCa,Fe,NiandZn
4、,wereavailable.Fi-nally,morethan30¯-delayedprotondecaysintherare-earthregionwereobservedforthe¯rsttimeatFirststudyon¯-delayedproton(¯p)decayinLBL(seeFig.1).However,upto1995themaginrare-earthregionwasmadebyBogdanovetalatlineofknown¯-delayedprotonprecursorsintherare-[1]Dubnain1977
5、.Thestudiedisotopes,suchasearthregioncouldnotreachtheodd-Zprotondrip135Sm,133Sm,129Ndand131Nd,wereproducedvia[12]PlineZ=0.743N+11.6predictedbyHofmann.thefusionevaporationreactioninducedbyheavyionLFirstreportedbyLBLfrom1983to199332beamS.AnISOLfacilitynamedBEMS-2withaGFirstreporte
