1、第42卷第10期天津大学学报Vol.42No.102009年10月JournalofTianjinUniversityOct.2009▋内置混合式转子可控磁通永磁同步电机磁路分析陈益广,周雅鹏,沈勇环(天津大学电气与自动化工程学院,天津300072)摘要:通过对模拟内置混合式转子可控磁通永磁同步电机磁路工作机理静止磁路装置的试验,认知了两种永磁体磁化过程和磁化后工作点的变化规律,揭示了磁通可控原理.试验得到了静止磁路装置的各种磁滞回线.永磁体磁化过程中,钕铁硼的磁化曲线仅穿过Ⅰ、Ⅱ象限,最后工作于Ⅱ象限
2、;铝镍钴的磁化曲线会穿过4个象限,最后工作于Ⅱ或Ⅲ象限.当铝镍钴工作于Ⅱ象限时,两种永磁体产生的磁通共同穿过气隙,气隙永磁磁场较强;当铝镍钴工作于Ⅲ象限时,钕铁硼产生的磁通部分穿过气隙、部分被铝镍钴在转子内部旁路,气隙永磁磁场较弱.弱磁可达3倍以上.关键词:可控磁通永磁同步电机;内置混合式转子;记忆电机;等效磁路中图分类号:TM340文献标志码:A文章编号:0493-2137(2009)10-0939-06MagneticCircuitAnalysisofInteriorComposite-RotorC

6、llthefourquadrantsandeventuallyworksinthesecondorthirdquadrant.WhentheAlNiCoworksinthesecondquadrant,thefluxcreatedbythetwokindsofPMspassesthroughtheair-gaptogetherandtheair-gapPMfluxisintensified.WhentheAlNiCoworksinthethirdquadrant,aportionofthePMfluxc

8、motor;equivalentmagneticcircuit[3-6]目前,普通永磁同步电动机(permanentmagnet步电动机与控制策略,其中最令人关注的是可控[7-9]synchronousmachine,PMSM)弱磁升速时要通过定子磁通永磁同步电动机——记忆电机.它利用三相绕组持续施加去磁作用的直轴电流矢量id.由于直轴定子绕组施加方向和幅值均可控的id脉冲,产生去磁磁路存在永磁体,直轴电感小,当需要深度弱磁时,id或充磁作
