1、第30卷第8期中华中医药学刊Vol．30No．82012年8月CHINESEARCHIVESOFTRADITIONALCHINESEMEDICINEAug．2012IgA肾病患者肾组织CD34、CD44的表达马红珍，倪桂宝，何灵芝，陈红波(浙江中医药附属第一医院，浙江杭州310006)摘要:目的:观察IgA肾病肾组织CD34、CD44的表达，及其与病理改变之间的关系。方法:将84例IgA肾病患者的肾组织按Lee氏分级分成Ⅱ级、Ⅲ级、Ⅳ级三组，用免疫组织化学方法检测各组肾组织内CD34、CD44的表达，并观察病理分级与CD34、CD44表达的关系。结果:(1)CD34在IgA肾病患

2、者肾组织内均有表达，主要分布在肾小球系膜区和系膜细胞，小管上皮细胞、间质和血管内皮细胞亦可见表达。随着增生性病理改变的加重，CD34的表达有增强。(2)CD44在IgA肾病患者肾组织中均有表达，主要分布在系膜细胞、新月体、小管间质损害区的小管间质细胞。随着硬化性病理改变的加重，CD44的表达有所增强。结论:IgA肾病患者肾组织内CD34、CD44均有表达，其表达强度分别与肾组织增生及硬化性改变有相关性。关键词:IgA肾病;CD34;CD44中图分类号:R692文献标识码:B文章编号:1673－7717(2012)08－1858－03ExpressionsofCD34andCD44

6、ionofrenalproliferativealteration．CD44wasalsoexpressedinrenaltissueofallIgAnephropathypatients，whichmainlyoccurredinmesangialcells，crescentandtubularepithelialcellslocatedindamagedareaofrenalinterstitialtubular．TheexpressionofCD44ten-dedtobehigherwiththeaggravationofrenalsclerosingalteration．

7、Conclusions:CD34andCD44werebothexpressedinre-naltissueofIgAnephropathypatients．TherewasarelationshipbetweentheexpressionintensityofCD34andCD44andtheproliferativeandsclerosingalterationinrenaltissue．Keywords:IgAnephropathy;CD34;CD44IgA肾病(IgAne
