2、nandveteransandJunLieShuservicenationalcharity.为配合我军全面提升官兵的综合文化素质和职业技术水平，提高退役军人及军属的就业竞争力，在国务院、中央军委《关于加强退役士兵职业教育和技能培训工作的通知》（国发【2010】42号）文件的指导下，中国拥军优属基金会与西部高级职业培训学院共同发起成立"军地工学"管理委员会，自2011年6月份开始，在中国人民解放军、武警部队现、退役军人及军属中，推动开展多种形式的、规模化的"军地工学"职业技能培训及学历教育培训项目。Tocopewithourarmyo
