1、福建农林大学学报(自然科学版)第39卷第5期JournalofFujianAgricultureandForestryUniversity(NaturalScienceEdition)2010年9月高温热处理人工林杉木木材的材色和涂饰性能邓邵平,陈寒娴,林金春,卞丽萍(福建农林大学材料工程学院,福建福州350002)摘要:人工林杉木试材在160-220下分别热处理3和5h,测定并分析了热处理前后试材表面颜色、光泽度的变化,并采用醇酸清漆和聚氨酯漆分别对其进行涂饰,同时对涂饰后试材表面的颜色以及耐磨性进行了测定与
2、分析.结果表明:热处理后木材颜色变深,明度和光泽度降低,色差增大,且随处理温度的升高以及时间的延长,变化幅度增大;红绿轴色品指数降低,黄蓝轴色品指数总体增大,但均为无规律性变化.与热处理前后试材颜色参数的变化相比,涂饰后不同条件热处理材的明度及总体色差减小;与素材漆膜比,热处理使漆膜的耐磨性随处理温度的升高、时间的延长而逐渐降低,尤其是在200以上较长时间处理会使漆膜耐磨性显著降低从而影响漆磨质量,影响的程度与涂料品种有关.关键词:人工林杉木;热处理;材色;光泽度;涂饰性中图分类号:S781.7文献标识码:A文
