3、xample,thewonderfulsocialwelfareofSwedenshowsthemuchwealthownedbynativepeopleandittrulyindicatesthewonderfuleconomyconditionwhilethepoorwelfareimpliesthemiserableconditioninthatimpoverishedcountry.Takinganotherexample,thescienceachievementisSovietissplendid.Howevertheabnormalindus
4、trystructurefinallyresultsinthedevastatingconsequenceasthesecessionofit.However,asisopposedtowhatissaidinthestatement,sometimesthegeneralwelfarecannotimplytherealconditionespeciallyinCommunityCountries.Forexample,inChinaduring1960s,thewelfareiswonderful,becausethefoodisfreelyprovi
5、dedbythegovernmentandgoingtoadoctoralsocostnothing,thoughnosalaryisgivenaftertheburdensomework.AndnowinNorthKorean,thiskindofpolicyisstillbeingcarriedout,thoughthecountryisverypoorandthelivingconditionismiserable.Inthesecountries,eventhoughthewelfareisgood,thepeopleisstillverywret
6、ched.Thereforethewelfarecannotreflectwhetherthecountryisgreatornotinsometimes.Furthermore,theachievementoftherulersartistsandscientistcansometimesimpliesagreatcountry.Forexample,thegreatnumberofscientistandthegreatachievementreachedbythemgreatlyimprovethepowerofAmericabothintechno
