1、第24卷增1岩石力学与工程学报Vol.24Supp.12005年8月ChineseJournalofRockMechanicsandEngineeringAug.,2005新型钉式双锚头压环锚杆锚固机理及工程应用李常文,赵兴东,张永彬,田军(东北大学岩石破裂与失稳研究中心,辽宁沈阳110004)摘要:提出一种新型钉式双锚头压环锚杆,此种锚杆通过双锚头来提高锚固力,即:第一锚头起导向作用,第二锚头与围岩作用,提高锚杆的锚固力,在软岩中第一锚头有直接锚固作用。通过调整压环与锚头之间的距离来确定锚杆的锚固长度。还介绍
2、了此种锚杆的技术参数,并与砂浆锚杆与管缝锚杆进行试验对比,发现钉式双锚头压环锚杆具有锚固力大,后期锚固可靠,锚杆受力后移出量小,能有效地加固围岩,阻止围岩变形,且安装打设迅速,并可立即承载,锚杆各部位结构设计合理,功能齐全,适应性强等特点。通过在大雁局三矿现场应用表明,其现场应用效果较好。关键词:岩石力学;钉式锚杆;双锚头;压环;锚固力中图分类号:TD353.6文献标识码:A文章编号:1000–6915(2005)增1–5217–04BOLTINGMECHANISMOFANEWNAIL-TYPEDUALANCH
