1、Zemax2003中步骤:Anaylsis-calculations-gaussianbeam中计算高斯光束传输(快捷键ctrl+B)Gaussianbeamdata-setting中初始高斯光束参数设置:M2:光束的模式,为大于1的整数,1为单基模,大于1为多模。Surf1toWaist:1面距离束腰的距离,因此一般做法是在物面和光学组前插一个1面,将束腰“放在”1面上。Divergence:远场发散角。Radius:光波的半径,束腰处无穷大。Rayleigh:瑞利长度,这三个随便一本激光原理的书里都有。目前我的一个认识:高
