5、(2)1脚(GND),5脚(VIN)线要粗,短线,不拐弯,且输入电解电容CIN和105C1陶瓷电容紧挨第5脚(VIN)和1脚(GND)。(主要是为了减小输入电源布线寄生的电感,电阻产生的高压开关毛刺干扰)(3)3脚(SW)输出线要粗,短线,不拐弯,电感和续流二极管要紧挨第3脚(SW)输出端。(4)2脚(FB)走线要接到输出滤波电容C2,COUT之后,PCB布线远离L1,D1,避免噪声干扰。(5)增加PCB板铜薄的厚度。(DEMO板用130um厚铜薄双面PCB板材料)(6)适当的增加XL4005芯片衬底与PCB板的接触面积,提高芯
