1、石油机械一92CHINAPETR0LEUMMACHINERY2015年第43卷第6期●油气田开发工程含油污水气浮旋流装置结构优化与性能试验刘新福王春升刘春花陈家庆。尚超(1.中海油研究总院技术研发中心2.中国石油大学(华东)机电工程学院3.北京石油化工学院机械工程学院)摘要:为了大幅度减少含油污水分离设备空间占用并降低生产成本,结合旋流和气浮技术研发出紧凑高效型气浮旋流分离装置。通过建立含油污水中分散颗粒的浮升模型,完成气浮旋流装置关键部件的结构设计,依据该装置浮升特性分析和现场性能试验,对其结构和操作参数进行探索和优化。研究结果表明,油滴粒径的增
2、大使得所需的罐体内径减小,而流量的提升会使得入口管径增大,为除掉小粒径油滴应尽量降低表面水力负荷率;装置的除油率随回流量的增加先提升后下降,并随气泡发生量的增大而逐步提高,且在流量波动时也能够保持在80%左右;选取操作参数时需综合油滴与气泡碰撞、粘附的概率及泵耗等因素。关键词:气浮处理;旋流分离;含油污水;浮升特性;性能试验中图分类号:TE992.2文献标识码:Adoi:10.16082/j.cnki.issn.1001—4578.2015.06.021StructuralOptimizationandPerformanceTestofAir—sp
