2、placementsonagenerictargetsurface.Themeasurementisbasedonthebright-speckletracking,atechniquewehaverecentlyproposedtosolveamplitudefadingassociatedwiththespecklestatisticswhenthedisplacementtobecoverediswellinexcessofthespecklelongitudinalsize.Weimplementthe

3、dynamicaltrackingofspecklemaximawithpiezoactuatorsandaphase-sensingloop.Also,weuseanautomaticgaincontrol,basedonaliquidcrystalattenuator,toimprovetheamplitudestatistics.DetailsofdigitalsignalacquisitionwithadaptivesignalprocessingFig.1.Basicelementsofaself-m
