1、妇科内分泌失调患者的临床效果分析ClinicalEffectAnalysisOfPatientsWithGynecologicalEndocrineDisorders摘要：目的：探讨妇科内分泌失调患者临床效果。方法：选取2015年4月～2016年4月我院收治的妇科内分泌失调患者88例，依据平均分配的原则分为对照组和实验组，各44例，对照组患者行常规西医治疗，观察组患者在常规治疗的基础上行中医治疗。结果：对两组患者的治疗效果进行比较，对照组患者治愈28例（63.64%），有效5例（11.36%），无效11例（25.00%），总有效率为75.00%；实验组患者治愈治愈38例（86.36%），有效
2、4例（9.10%），无效2例（4.50%），总有效率为95.46%。在治疗后两组患者在E2和FSH的各项指标呈上升的趋势，实验组患者在治疗后E2与FSH指标值明显高于对照组，经比较实验组患者在指标值上升、总满意度高于对照组，P＜0.05，差异有统计学意义。结论：对妇科内分泌失调的患者行中西医结合的方法在临床治疗效果上明显优于西医治疗，能够有效改善患者的病情，值得在临床治疗中应用推广。关键词：妇科内分泌失调；中西医结合治疗；临床效果Abstract:Objective:Toinvestigatetheclinicaleffectofgynecologicalendocrinedisorders
