2、了像面大小与光栅光谱仪系统参数的关系,保证了系统的像面大小与线阵CCD尺寸之间的完善匹配,完成了新型消彗差C-T结构光栅光谱仪系统。通过采用厚双胶合透镜形式的摄远光学结构,完成了物方数值孔径为0.33,并与光栅光谱仪入射光瞳完善匹配的紧凑型光学探头系统。实现了光谱分辨率优于0.6nm、拉曼光谱范围为781~1014nm的便携式拉曼光谱仪的优化设计和样机研制,样机尺寸为243mm×25mm×71mm。通过样机实验成功获得了CCL4的5个拉曼光谱特征峰,验证了整机拉曼光谱仪系统光学设计的可行性和合理性。关键词光学设计;拉曼光谱仪;Czerny-Turner结
