1、word格式文档济南市泉水保护规划浅析摘要：被誉为“泉城”的山东济南，处处呈现出“家家泉水，户户垂柳”的绮丽风光。济南共有四大泉组，十大泉群，72名泉，733个天然泉，众多的泉水要素是活力济南的高度复杂有序的组织肌理，不仅丰富了济南的历史文化，更造就了济南与众不同的特色。济南市区水资源具有总量不足、年际变化大、年内分配不一和地域分布不均等特点，多年平均水资源总量为5.87亿m3，人均占有水资源量为225m3，仅占全国人均水资源量的1/10，远低于国际公认的人均水资源量1000m3的标准，属于严重缺水的城市，是全国重点缺水城市之一。随着城市规模的扩大、工农业生产的发展以及人们对
2、生活质量要求不断提高，城市用水需求与日俱增，地下水的开采量不断攀升，“天下第一泉”趵突泉甚至一度停喷926天，“泉城”无泉，泉群干涸甚至是跨年度干涸。泉水是济南的象征，泉水的断流不仅导致济南环境质量下降，更使“泉城”风貌黯然失色。应对济南泉水断流，近年，政府出台了一系列的综合治理规划，经过不断治理，泉城逐渐恢复到往昔的模样。本文通过对相关规划政策进行分析研究，对规划提出肯定和建议，以期为济南泉水摆脱断流危机贡献一份力量，让这座泉城能永远保持汩汩的活力。关键词：济南泉水断流规划建议对策Abstract：Knownasthe"SpringCity",Jinanshowsthebe
