3、a-enhancedchemicalvapordeposition)atlowsubstratetemperatures(approx.2008C)constitutesanewandadditionalpossibilityforsolarcells.Propertiesofintrinsicmc-Si:HlayersdepositedbyPECVDatVHF(veryhighfrequency)excitationfrequenciesarelisted,togetherwiththenecessaryconditionsforobtainingd
