4、monthspriortosubmission).b.TranscriptofRecords/ScholasticRecords(withEnglishtranslation)dulynotarizedandauthenticatedbythePhilippineEmbassyorConsulateintheapplicant’scountryoforiginorlegalresidence.c.NotarizedAffidavitofSupportandproofofadequatefinancialsupport(i.e.,Bankstate
