1、AUSITCodeofEthicsTheAustralianInstituteofInterpretersandTranslatorsInc(AUSIT)wasfoundedatameetinginCanberrain1987,convenedbytheNationalAccreditationAuthorityforTranslatorsandInterpreters(NAATI)toestablishanationalassociationofinterpretingandtranslationprofe
2、ssionalsinAustralia.Centraltotheestablishmentofanyprofessionisthecodificationofitspracticesnotonlyinorganisationalmatters,butalso,andcrucially,inmattersofprofessionalconduct.AdherencetoaCodeofEthicsrepresentsanundertakingbythemembersofaprofessionalassociati
3、onthattheycanbereliedupontobehaveaccordingtorulesthatprotectandrespecttheinterestsoftheirclientsaswellasthoseoftheirfellowmembers.ThedevelopmentoftheAUSITCodeofEthicswascompletedin1995,whenitwasendorsed(认可)byNAATI,adoptedbyAUSITattheNationalGeneralMeetingan
