3、-borneandmappingoflociimpliedinquantitativeresistancepathogenPlasmodiophorabrassicae,isoneofthemostagainstfiveisolatesofP.brassicaewerestudiedintheF1damagingdiseasesofvegetableBrassicacropsintheandF2/3progeniesofthecrossC10(resistantkale)world.Infectedplantsshowsymp

4、tomsleadingtogallHDEM(susceptiblebroccoli).Ageneticmapwascon-formationontherootsystem.TheseclubsinhibitnutrientstructedusingRFLP,randomandspecificPCR-basedandwatertransport,stunttheplantgrowthandincreasemarkers.The199lociwereassembledintoninelinkagethesusceptibility

5、towilting.InareaswhereBrassicagroupscovering1,226.3cM.TheF3familieswereas-vegetablesarecultivatedintensively,culturalpracticessessedforresistanceundercontrolledconditionswithfourorchemicalstreatmentseitherhavenotbeensuccessfulsingle-sporeisolatesandonefieldisolate.A
