4、kewithfumigation-digestionandPCR-DGGEanalysis.There-sultsindicatedthatthewater-sedimentinterfacewasinastateofmildreduction.Belowthesurfaceofsed-iments,Ehdecreasedrapidlywiththeincreaseindepth,anditisundertheanaerobicconditionexceptthetop810cmlayerofthesediment;inthedepthrangingfrom1510to22
5、15cm,theEhvalueisbasicallystable.Furtherincreasingthedepthofsedimentlayers,theEhvalueincreasedinthe/z0style.ThepHvaluede-creasedfirstandthenslowlyincreasedwiththeincreaseinthedepthofsedimentlayers;thepHvaluechangedslightlyintheprofileofsedimentsandrangedfrom712to716.TheTN,TPandOMconcentrat
6、ionsinsed-imentsarehigh,andtheirmaximumconcentrationsreached21436mg/g,01731mg/gand31817%,respec-tively.TheirverticalprofilesshowedthattheTNandOMconcentrationsdecreasedwiththeincreaseinthedepthofsedimentlayers.TheTPconcentrationslowlydecreasedwiththeincreaseinthedepthofsedimentlayersinthe/z
