3、umpoff,headfirst.”Thephilosophyofeducationleadsgirlsandboystodifferentwayofdevelopment.Theimbalancecanbeseeneverywhereintheindustryworld,inwhichtheleadingrolesinalmostallwalksoflifeareplayedmorebymalesthanbyfemales.ThereisastudyconductedbyprofessorJanetHydean
4、dcolleagues(2006)revealingthattherewaslittleornodifferenceinmathematicsperformancebetweengirlsandboysinallofthe10statesintheUS.Sinceitisthecase,whydoessuchsituationappearwhentheygrowup?Itisduetoanxiety,asWynneParry(2012)statedin“MathmakesGirlsMoreAnxiousThanB
5、oys”.Girlsareanxiousaboutmistakestheyarelikelytomakeintheprocessofcalculating.Theybelievein“perfectionornothing”,andifthereisanyimperfection,theywillgiveup,saying,“Ican'tdoitatall”.Buttherealthingisthateveryaccomplishmentisaresultoftrialanderror.Iftheydarenot
6、faceit,theywillbeleftbehind.Thatiswhyitiscrucialtoconsidertheexistingwayofeducatingthechildren.Theproblemfallsnotonthenaturalcapacityofgirlsandboys,butonthenurturing,namely,theupbringingofchildrenofdifferentgenders.InternalgenderinequalityTheproblemisdeeplyro
7、otedindifferentgenderrolesthetwopartiesareallocatedwith.Agenderroleisasetofsocietalnormsdictatingwhattypesofbehaviorsaregenerallyacceptable,appropriate,ordesirableforapersonbasedontheiractualorperceivedsex(WIKIPEDIA).Malesareexpectedtobestrong,whilefemalestob
