2、方面，我国高校的创业教育取得了些许成就，但还必须加强和提高大学生在创业能力训练方面的能力。所以，认识到大学生自主创业的重要性，探索强化大学生创业意识和培养创业能力的途径，具有十分重要的现实意义。本文主要是对创办一个教育培训机构来书写创业计划书。目前国内无论是官方还是教育界对教育培训市场的研究没引起足够的重视，是一块被“遗弃”的领域。当前的研究大多出于短期的、现实的经济目的，缺乏系统的研究。研究国内外，大多数是关于培训的理论渊源的介绍。本文从战略管理、投资管理、财务管理等因素入手，对教育培训机构进行外部环境和内部环境分析，在此基础上，对教育
