1、企业风险投资管理探讨摘要：企业的风险投资管理就是通过企业对风险的衡量、识别和控制,使企业投资的风险和最低限度的科学管理方法的相遇过程达到最小成本，基于现有的企业风险投资管理问题分析解决风险投资存在的问题和不足的企业管理，以更好地规范在风险投资活动的企业，为企业创造更多的效益，从投资的角度来看，风险投资是指资金借贷给高新技术新产品研究和发展的领域，促进高新技术的商品化和产业化，以获得资本投资过程中的高利润。从运作方式来看，风险投资是由专业投资管理人才投资高新技术企业，特别是风险资本潜力，而且可以协调风险资本家、技术专家、投资者之间的关系，共享投
