2、和意义，国内外文献综述，研究内容和研究方法。其次，介绍中小物流企业发展策略的理论基础，简述了小物流企业发展策略的相关理论基础和SWOT分析法；然后，分析中小物流企业的发展现状，主要从中小物流企业财务情况和发展环境进行详细分析；并找出中小物流企业发展面临的主要问题。最后，以荣丰物流企业的具体发展战略布局为例，对荣丰的发展战略进行SWOT分析；针对存在的问题提出努力打造运作能力、持续增强商务能力、提高员工素质与工作动力、改善技术与装备和提高物流服务质量和建立企业物流管理信息系统等解决措施。关键词：中小物流企业；荣丰物流；发展策略ABSTRACTSmallandmediumlogisticsent
